Shooting Parallax Shots Using DollyPLUS (Standalone)

You can easily create parallax shots using DollyPLUS as a standalone device without pairing it with HeadONE or HeadPLUS. Here’s how:

How to Shoot a Parallax Shot with DollyPLUS Standalone

  1. Select Arc Path:

    • Enter the Path Options menu.
    • Select Arc.
  2. Align the Wheels:

    • Move DollyPLUS so that its wheels pass through the center of the arc.
    • Press Done.
    • Repeat the process once more, ensuring the wheels again pass through the center.
    • Press Done again to complete the arc creation.
  3. Aim the Camera:

    • Point your camera at the subject you want to track.
  4. Start Shooting:

    • As DollyPLUS moves along the arc, the subject will stay perfectly centered in the frame, creating smooth parallax motion.

Summary

By following these simple steps, you can achieve professional-looking parallax shots using only your DollyPLUSwithout any additional accessories.
